Free KERRY EXPRESS delivery (1-3 days) for all domestic orders
For orders over $120, Standard delivery is free of charge
For orders over $300, International express delivery is free of charge
Please note that shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held accountable for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, this includes clearance delays.
Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked or delivered to the incorrect address. The customer is responsible for duties and custom fees.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you.
To issue a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items. These items include custom engraving, stamped tags, custom initial/letter, custom made jewelry upon request.
If paid by card, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to process.
If an order was made by mistake and you would like to cancel, please do so within 6 hours of making the order by sending an email to email@example.com with your details and order #.
