At De.fine Collection Jewelry, we prioritize the quality of our products and assure you that your jewelry will be shipped to you without any defects or damages. However, if a manufacturing defect is present on an item purchased within the last 90 days, excluding normal wear and tear or failure to follow the care instructions provided, De.fine will provide warranty coverage.

As our pieces are delicately handmade, they require proper care. You can refer the care instruction card included in your packaging or our Jewelry Care section for detailed information on maintaining your jewelry. 

Claiming Your Warranty:

If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, please reach out to us at info@define-collection.com and provide the original receipt of your purchase, along with a photo of the damaged item. If your warranty claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement or provide free repair services, depending on the nature of the damage. As part of the warranty program, the customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label for the replacement or repair. Detailed instructions will be provided via email. In cases where the item is sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued instead.

Conditions and Exclusions:

De.fine provides warranty coverage for all full-priced items purchased within the last 90 days.

Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, which is possible with any type jewelry. Examples of common jewelry issues not covered by this warranty include:

  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, peeling, bending, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, and bathing)
  • Loss or disappearance of gems or parts (unless it’s within the 90 day period) 
  • Breakage due to rough use, such as pulling or tugging
